What is drafting and design?It is the manufacture of drawings to enable parts for cars, building or airplanes to be made. Drafting and design is the operators that convert ideas, sketches, specifications and instructions of engineers, architects, and designers into plans and details, which helps them in making machinery, equipment, structures and products. In today’s technological world drafting is now done on computers using computer aided-drafting (CAD) and other software programs. They are two kind of drafting and designing as Architectural Drafting and mechanical drafting.

As being student of Drafting and design program, it helped me a lot to show my creativity. In the beginning of the program many students including me were confused with what drafting and design actually is.
