Western Culinary Institute

WCI is dedicated to helping their graduates find the right jobs after graduation. They maintain a comprehensive and experienced Career Services Department that provides students with ongoing job placement assistance both during and after their educational experience. Western Culinary Institute, in Portland, Oregon, allows students to earn a Specialized Associate Degree in Culinary Arts in as little as 18 months.

The staff of the Career Services Department work with academics and industry professionals to help students develop a career path that will make sure they attain their hospitality and culinary goals. WCI also offers an externship experience in which students gain direct industry contacts and new skills. Through the externship process, students get the chance to experience the industry in its true form.
